Time

Please note, if you are on Google Chrome or have specific security settings, it may say 'Time.exe is not commonly downloaded and may be dangerous after downloading. This is not the case, the file is safe, however, I could not figure out how to make this warning go away. To get around this, click the up-arrow next to the download, then select 'Keep'. If you then receive the 'Windows protected your PC'  message, click 'More info' and then 'Run anyway'.
